So our keyboardist, Mark, appears to be winning the ‘East Anglia vs Midlands’ local gig battle (he lives in Sawtry, the rest of us are based in Birmingham and Coventry) with yet another trip down the A14 to Barnwell Village for a fundraiser for Papyrus.
It was a ‘harvest’ theme and Katie, Keith, Tony, John and the gang had done a great job kitting the place out accordingly. Think this was the first time I’d ever used a hale bale as a speaker stand (sounded good to be fair, probably a product in the making)…
As always these guys were a great crowd and a stonking night was had by all 🙂
